Outlook beta
A little care before send.
Open Wrong Client from Apps inside an Outlook email to choose a client/project, add saved contacts and review configured client details. Outlook on the web is live-tested. New Outlook for Windows still needs a hardware acceptance test.
Use Solo or Team
For Solo, import your setup from Gmail's Wrong Client settings. This copies the directory; later Solo edits do not sync automatically. For Team, open Account, sign in with Google, create or accept a workspace and choose Use team directory. Owners review and publish shared changes; members use shared details read-only.
Signing in does not upload your existing clients. Outlook's Solo settings and saved Team copy use Microsoft mailbox settings. Optional Google sign-in uses Supabase, with session credentials saved in the app's browser storage. Wrong Client does not store your Google password or upload draft message bodies or attachment contents.
The beta checks configured names and visible attachment filenames, not attachment contents. It cannot catch every mistake. Overrides or unavailable checks can allow unprotected sending. Always review recipients and attachments yourself.
Gmail conversation IDs and labels do not transfer. Outlook's total saved-settings limit is 28 KB. Learn more in Help & support or read the privacy policy.
